Before making a request, please note the following guidelines:
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days from submittal to draw approval as an inspection is required.
- Draw wires/payments are sent out on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
- Please send all inquiries to [email protected] as this will insure our entire draw team receives your inquiry.
- Third party inspection fee ranging between $200 - $1,000 will be charged to the Borrower based on the loan size, property type and location. (The fee will be deducted from the Construction Holdback Funds.)
- At the sole discretion of the Lender, an administrative/wire draw fee ranging between $25 - $100 may be charged to the Borrower based on the complexity of each draw and/or number of wires being requested.
- Reimbursement loans require all goods to be installed and all services rendered prior to inspection for the draw request to be processed.
- If the draw request relates to soft cost and/or contingency line items please make sure to provide all the required documentation needed to process the request.
